I. Inspection before installation

1. Before hoisting, the installer must strictly check whether the electric hoist lifting system and the reducer meet the requirements. At the same time, they also need to check whether they are filled with lubricating oil in accordance with the regulations and whether the grease is applied when walking.
2. The installer must strictly check whether the electrical control box is configured with wires in strict accordance with the regulations, and check whether the insulation type of the lifting motor and the walking motor meets the requirements;
3. Strictly check whether the fixed end of the wire rope meets the requirements and whether the plug is firm;
4. The installer needs to check whether the control button wiring meets the requirements, and at the same time, check whether the button is fastened with a wire rope;
5. Apply yellow and black paint to the hooks strictly according to the regulations to avoid the problem of rusting of the hooks. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether there is any missing problem in the hook insurance equipment;
6. It is necessary to ensure that the shareholder side of the wire rope and drum has 3 pressure plates, and the tightness of the bolts must also be guaranteed.
7. The installer needs to choose appropriate anti-collision equipment and correctly install the ascent and descent limit switches.

You can choose to use a crane installation or a hoisting machine with a pulley set.
