Why hydraulic jack can’t be used horizontally?
This is because when the jack is vertical, the oil in the oil tank goes from the highest position with the rise of the jack, and the liquid level drops. If the jack is placed horizontally, the jack may be able to apply a section at the beginning. If the oil is not available, the jack will not move, so the jack cannot be used with it horizontally.
