Good product, good way

How to use hydraulic jacks?

When lifting the hydraulic jack, select the appropriate tonnage: it is forbidden to overload, the load capacity of the hydraulic jack should be greater than 1.2 times the of the heavy object; the minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be suitable. In order to facilitate removal, the minimum height should be compatible with the clearance at the bottom of the weight. When the sleeper supports the weight during lifting, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.
If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jack should be used, and the sum of the rated lifting weight of each hydraulic jack should not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment.
The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and the parts should be checked for flexibility and damage. Do not remove the quick connector when there is a load to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
The hydraulic jack should be placed flat before use, can not be tilted, the bottom should be flat, prevent the foundation from sinking or the load shifting to make the hydraulic jack tilt or topple, you can pad the hydraulic jack with a tough pillow or steel plate to expand Pressure-bearing area to avoid accidents caused by sinking or sliding; do not use oil-stained wooden boards or steel plates as pads to prevent slipping when under stress and a safety accident; the position where the heavy object is lifted must be a safe and solid part. Prevent damage to equipment.
When using a hydraulic jack, first try to lift a part of the heavy object, carefully check the hydraulic jack for abnormality, and then continue to lift the heavy object. If it is found that the pad is not flat, not secure, or the hydraulic jack is inclined, the hydraulic jack must be depressurized and returned, and it can be operated again after it is processed in time.
During the lifting process, the safety sleeper frame should be laid under the hydraulic jack in time as the weight continuously rises, in order to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or causing the piston to drop suddenly and cause an accident. When the weight is lowered, the sleeper is gradually pulled out. The distance between the sleeper and the weight must not exceed the thickness of a sleeper to prevent accidents!
If the lifting height of the heavy object needs to exceed the rated height of the hydraulic jack, first place a sleeper under the weight lifted by the hydraulic jack, lower the hydraulic jack, raise the bottom, repeat the lifting until the required lifting height.
Hydraulic jacks cannot be used as permanent support equipment. If long-term support is needed, support parts should be added under the weight to ensure that the hydraulic jack is not damaged.
If only one hydraulic jack is used for lifting one end of the weight, the hydraulic jack should be placed on the axis of symmetry of the weight, and the length direction of the base of the hydraulic jack should be the same as the direction in which the weight is easy to fall. If two hydraulic jacks are used at one end of the weight, the direction of its base should be placed in a figure-eight symmetrically on both sides of the axis of symmetry of the weight.
When two or more hydraulic jacks are used for simultaneous lifting operations, they must be uniformly commanded, coordinated and lifted simultaneously.
The hydraulic jack should be stored in a dry, dust-free place. It is not suitable for use in workplaces with acid, alkali and corrosive gases, and it should not be placed in the sun and rain. During the operation, the technical specifications shall be strictly adhered to, and the user shall regularly check and maintain according to the use situation.
