Lever Hoist Instructions
The lever hoist is a lightweight and simple manual traction machine. It has compact structure, small size, light weight, convenient carrying, stable performance. The working principle is that two pairs self-locking clamps alternately clamp the wire rope like two steel claws, making linear reciprocating movements to achieve traction. It can be used as traction and hoisting in various projects. In addition to being able to be used in horizontal and vertical directions, it can also be operated in narrow aisle, winding and turning working conditions, and can be used anywhere without power. The lever hoist is often used at the construction site as a tool for loading and unloading, installing small equipment, small components and pipelines.
Notice before using:
(1) The lever hoist should be inspected and tested before use, and maintained after use.
(2) Since the working principle of the lever hoist is to alternately clamp the wire rope with clamps, it is required to use steel core wire ropes instead of hemp core wire ropes. Because hemp core ropes are soft and flexible, there are Looseness which is not safe.
(3) Always check the wire rope for wear and kinks, broken wires, and broken strands, and replace those that are not safe for use.
(4) Do not extend the handle arbitrarily during use, because the lifting weight of the handle hoist is limited, and the pulling force of both hands is also a certain amount. Lengthening the handle will cause the handle to be overloaded and cause damage to the components.
(5) When using the hoist, the lifting capacity must not exceed the allowable load, and it should be used according to the marked lifting capacity.
