Installation method of insulating rubber sheet

There are many types of rubber sheets, including industrial rubber sheets such as EPDM rubber sheet and neoprene rubber sheet, as well as insulating rubber sheets and silicone rubber sheets.

1. The insulating rubber sheet arrives at the construction site. Open the insulating rubber sheet and lay it flat.
2. Lift one side of the insulating rubber sheet and place it on the other rubber sheet. Use a small stick to brush the glue in the raised place. When the glue is suitable for sticking, put back the lifted insulating rubber plate and compact it with the adhesive. Repeat on the side where there will be no adhesive. The extruded adhesive should be cleaned in time.
3. Master the speed of paving when laying. If there is no sticky piece, take care of the front, back, left, and right connections.
4. When the insulating rubber board is laid with an irregular shape of the building (or a fixed object), it can be cut with a cutter, but it should be reserved with accurate dimensions and straight cuts.
5. Clean the surface of the insulating rubber sheet after laying.
