Flat wave reactor

The converter stations of DC transmission are equipped with smoothing reactors, so that the output DC is close to the ideal DC. In the DC-powered thyristor electric drive, a smoothing reactor is also essential. The smoothing reactor and the DC filter together form a DC harmonic filtering circuit on the DC side of the HVDC converter station. The smoothing reactor is generally connected in series between the DC output of each pole converter and the DC line.

Oil-immersed smooth-wave reactors are installed in On the ground, the center of gravity is low, and the seismic performance is good; the oil-immersed flat wave reactor uses a dry casing to penetrate the valve hall, replacing the horizontal wall casing, and solving the problem of uneven wet flash of the horizontal wall casing; The vertical casing of the oil-immersed smoothing reactor also uses a dry casing, which reduces the probability of pollution flashover.

Advantages of dry smoothing reactor
Simple insulation to ground. The insulation of the dry-type smoothing reactor is mainly provided by the post insulator, which improves the reliability of the main insulation. Oil-free, eliminating fire hazards and environmental impact. The dry flat anti-oil insulation system, so there is no fire hazard and environmental impact, and there is no need to install a protective wall between the valve hall and the outdoor. There is no critical mass field strength when the tide is reversed. High voltage DC reversal needs to change the voltage polarity, which will cause a critical field strength in the oil-paper composite insulation system due to the trapped charge; but for dry-type smooth wave reactors, changing the voltage polarity only produces stress on the post insulator, no Limitation of the critical field strength. In this way, the pillar insulators of dry-type smoothing reactors have similar characteristics to other bus pillar insulators. The load current has a linear relationship with the flux linkage. Because the dry-type smoothing reactor does not have an iron core, the magnetic flux saturation phenomenon does not occur in a fault situation, and the same inductance value is maintained in any case. Transient overvoltage is low. Because the dry-type smoothing reactor has a low capacitance to ground, the impact insulation level of the flat reactor is also low. The audible noise is low. The structure of the oil-immersed smoothing wave reactor is similar to that of a transformer, and is mainly composed of coils, iron cores, oil tanks, bushings, cooling systems and other components. The oil-immersed smoothing reactor has a core due to its structure, and its load current has a non-linear relationship with its magnetic properties.

Dry-type smoothing reactor is mainly composed of coil, bracket, insulation pillar, equalizing ring, base and so on. The coil is composed of multiple layers of concentrically compressed aluminum wire wraps, each of which is cast with epoxy insulation, and the interlayer pads have spacers to ensure interlayer insulation and heat dissipation. Each layer of coil is fixed firmly by vertical fasteners to ensure that the coil does not deform when vibrated. Since the dry-type smoothing reactor has no iron core, the load current has a linear relationship with the magnetism.
