Features

1)The reactor is enclosed by epoxy resin impregnated long glass fiber.The reactor is composed of several enclosures of coils.

2)The coil is insulated by polyester film ,which has good capability of insulation.

3)The reactor is painted with resisit aging ,ultraviolet-proof insulation coatings,and has fine performance operating outdoors.

4)Between enclosure of coils,supports made of polyester glass fiber are used for axial heat radiator, this construction has abetter property of heat radiation.

5)When making calculation of temperature rise,we consider of the highest temperature of the hottest spot and keep a preferable margin.it can guarantee the long term safe operation of reactors.

6)The whole reactors is integrated in high temperature heating room,the leading-out ends of each winding layer are welded
to upper and lower spider arms ,all these make the reactors have many advantages,such as high strength,low noise,better
ability against short-circuit.

7)The reactor adopts small round section aluminum wires(Φ1.9~Φ4.5)as coil condutor ,thus effectively reduce vortex losses of coils under harmonic waves.

8)The structure is simple and compact.The reactor can operate outdoors with convenient maintenance.

Function and role

1.Oil-free structure eliminates the shortcomings of oil leakage and flammability of oil-immersed reactors, ensuring safe operation. Without iron core, there is no ferromagnetic saturation, and the linearity of the inductance value is good;

2. The optimization design of the dry-type hollow reactor is applied by computer, which can quickly and accurately design the most ideal structural parameters according to the different requirements of users;

3. Multi-layer windings are used in parallel cylindrical structure, there is a ventilation air passage between each encapsulation, good heat dissipation and low hot spot temperature;

4. The winding is made of multiple parallel windings with small cross-section round wires, which can significantly reduce eddy current loss and magnetic leakage loss;

5. The winding is tightly encapsulated with glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin, and cured at high temperature, so that it has good integrity, high mechanical strength, and strong ability to withstand short-term current impact;

6. Adopt aluminum star terminal frame with high mechanical strength, small eddy current loss;

7. The entire inner and outer surfaces of the hollow reactor are coated with a special protective layer that is resistant to ultraviolet rays and aging, and has strong adhesion and can withstand the harsh weather conditions outdoors;
