Definition

J type wiper is a type of wiper. The wiper is also called wiper, wiper, wiper or windshield wiper. It is a device used to wipe off raindrops and dust attached to the windshield of a vehicle to improve driving. People’s visibility increases driving safety.

Features

1.Interface: Dedicated,Original Interface

2.Streamlined spoiler: Use the Once soft and hard transformer technology, effectively reduce wind resistance and noise.

3.Steel sheet: High carbon steel sheet is hidden in the rubber strips, so its tenacity is good and the pressure distribution is uniform.

4.Class A rubber strips: The class A Molybdenum disulfide make the rubber strips thicker, after the SPSN process, it is able to bear the high or low temperature, the ductility is good and useful life is long. In addition, it’s much closer with the windshield, wiping clean. And the surface coating can reduce the noise at the greatest extent.

5.Chuck: The chuck and the rubber strips fit perfectly, so the rubber strips’ pressure distribution is more uniform and it can wipe more clean.

Maintenance of J type wiper

1. Check the wiper blades regularly. When it is found that the wiper blade is severely worn or dirty, it should be replaced or cleaned in time, otherwise the working efficiency of the wiper blade will be reduced and the driver’s sight will be affected. When cleaning wiper blades, you can use cotton yarn moistened with alcohol detergent to gently wipe off the dirt on the blades. The wiper blade cannot be cleaned and soaked with gasoline, otherwise the wiper blade will deform and affect its operation.

2. When checking the working condition of the wiper, the windshield should be wetted with water first, otherwise the glass will be scratched, and at the same time, due to the large frictional resistance of the blade, the blade or the motor may be damaged. After turning on the wiper switch, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise from the motor. Especially when the wiper motor “hums” and does not rotate, it means that its mechanical transmission part has rusted or jammed. The wiper switch should be turned off immediately to prevent burnout. Motor.

3. After turning off the wiper switch during use, the wiper blade should return to the underside of the windshield and stop. If the stop position is incorrect, it should be adjusted. When adjusting, you can turn the cover of the automatic stopper to shorten the stop position by turning it clockwise, and lengthen the stop position by turning it counterclockwise.

4. When using a wiper in winter, if its wiper blade is frozen or stuck in a snow mass, the switch should be turned off immediately, and the ice cube and snow mass can be removed before continuing to use it, otherwise the motor will be damaged due to the excessive resistance of the wiper blade.

5. Do not remove the motor at will. If it is necessary to remove the motor due to a fault, do not drop or bump the motor. Because the wiper motor mostly uses a permanent magnet DC motor, its magnetic poles are mostly made of ceramic materials and are easily damaged by impact.

6. The wiper motor is mostly closed and cannot be dismantled at will. When disassembling must be done, keep the inside clean, and do not let dirt such as iron filings fall into it; fill the felt of the oil-containing bearing with a little lubricating oil during assembly, and replace or replenish the grease in the reducer.
