PVC

Material

Polyvinyl chloride, English for short (Polyvinyl chloride), is an initiator of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) in peroxides, azo compounds, etc .; Polymerized polymer. Vinyl chloride homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins.

Features

PVC materials are often added with stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, colorants, impact agents and other additives in actual use. It has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC is very resistant to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

1 Cheaper than other polymer materials
2 Wide range of raw materials
3 Simple production process
4 Has certain insulation and flame retardant effect
5 Resistant to acid, alkali and water
6 Recyclable, hygienic and environmentally friendly
