Good product, good way

Thyristors

The thyristor has the characteristics of a silicon rectifier device, and can work under high voltage and high current conditions. The working process can be controlled and widely used in controllable rectification, AC voltage regulation, non-contact electronic switches, inverters and inverters In the circuit.

Definitions and materials

Thyristor is the abbreviation of thyristor, also known as thyristor.

During the operation of thyristor T, its anode A and cathode K are connected to the power supply and load to form the main circuit of the thyristor, and its gate G and cathode K are connected to the device controlling the thyristor to form the control circuit of the thyristor.

Classification

(I) Classification by shutdown, continuity and control methods
Thyristors can be divided into ordinary thyristors, bidirectional thyristors, reverse-conducting thyristors, gate-off thyristors (GTO), BTG thyristors, temperature-controlled thyristors, and light-controlled thyristors.

(Two) classification by pin and polarity
Thyristors can be divided into two-pole thyristors, three-pole thyristors and four-pole thyristors according to their pins and polarities.

(3) Classification by package
Thyristors can be divided into three types: metal-encapsulated thyristors, plastic-encapsulated thyristors, and ceramic-encapsulated thyristors. Among them, metal-encapsulated thyristors are divided into bolt-shaped, flat-plate-shaped, and round-shell-shaped, etc .; plastic-encapsulated thyristors are divided into two types with and without fins.

(IV) Classification by current capacity
Thyristors can be divided into high power thyristors, medium power thyristors and low power thyristors according to their current capacity. Generally, high-power thyristors are mostly packaged in metal shells, while small and medium-power thyristors are mostly packaged in plastic or ceramic packages.

(5) Classification by turn-off speed
Thyristors can be divided into ordinary thyristors and high-frequency (fast) thyristors according to their turn-off speed.

Function and characteristics

The thyristor has the characteristics of a silicon rectifier device, and can work under high voltage and high current conditions. The working process can be controlled and widely used in controllable rectification, AC voltage regulation, non-contact electronic switches, inverters and inverters In the circuit.
