Good product, good way

Three-phase transformer

Three independent windings, through different connection methods, make it input three-phase AC power, and the output is the same. This is the three-phase transformer. Three-phase transformers are widely used in circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltages below 660V, and are widely used in importing important equipment, precision machine tools, mechanical and electronic equipment, medical equipment, rectifiers, lighting, etc.

Definition

In order to input different voltages, the input winding can also use multiple windings to adapt to different input voltages. At the same time, multiple windings can be used to output different voltages. Three independent windings, through different connection methods (such as: star, delta), make it input three-phase AC power, and the output is the same. This is the three-phase transformer.

Features

1.This type of transformer adopts high-permedibility cool-rolling si-steel piece as iron core.

2.It is processed with big fill factor and there is no spacing inside the mangnetic path.

3.The HV and LV coil is continuously winded around the core with good concentricity and compact winding.

4.The product is of low con-sumption and slight noise pollution by combining new generation of technolgy good performance and energy saving.

5.It is widely used in power distribution system.

Function and role

1. High isolation;

2. N-G performance is good;

3. High common mode interference suppression;

4. Convert △ to Y or Y to △;

5, the voltage tap is easy to switch;

6. Design according to the special performance requirements of users.

Classification

The three-phase group transformer is composed of three single-phase transformers connected in three phases on the circuit. The main magnetic flux of each phase forms a separate circuit along its core, which has nothing to do with each other. Therefore, when a three-phase symmetrical voltage is applied to the primary winding of a three-phase group transformer, the three-phase main magnetic flux is symmetrical. Because the three-phase iron cores are the same, the three-phase no-load current is also strictly symmetrical.

Three-phase core transformer
The three-phase core transformer is evolved from three single-phase transformers. If the three single-phase transformer cores are combined, when a symmetrical three-phase voltage is applied to the primary winding of the three-phase transformer, the three-phase main magnetic fluxes are symmetrical, The magnetic flux passing through the core column is the phasor sum of the three-phase main magnetic flux, that is, it is the same as the neutral current of the Y-shaped connection circuit when the load is symmetrical. Therefore, the central iron core can be omitted. In actual manufacture, in order to make the structure simple and save silicon steel sheets, three iron core columns are usually arranged on the same plane, which is the core of a commonly used three-phase core transformer. In this magnetic circuit system, the main magnetic flux of each phase must be closed by the magnetic circuits of the other two phases, so the magnetic circuits of the respective phases are related to each other. Due to the flat structure of the iron core, the lengths of the three-phase magnetic circuits vary. Three-phase core transformers are mostly used in power systems. Some large-capacity transformers also use three-phase group structures due to transportation difficulties.

Application

Three-phase transformers are widely used in circuits with AC 50Hz to 60Hz and voltages below 660V, and are widely used in importing important equipment, precision machine tools, mechanical and electronic equipment, medical equipment, rectifiers, lighting, etc. Various input and output voltage levels of the product, connection group, number and position of adjustment taps (generally ± 5%), distribution of winding capacity, provision of secondary single-phase windings, use of rectifier circuits, whether or not The shell, etc., can be carefully designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
