The disadvantage is that the surface of the drum cannot be fully utilized, and the filter cake needs a certain viscosity, otherwise it will fall off easily, resulting in a decrease in vacuum and a change in the feed flow; it is difficult to replace the filter cloth.
Disc Vacuum Filter
The filtering price per unit is the lowest, the floor space is small, but the humidity of the filter cake is higher than the rotary vacuum filter. Because the filter surface is vertical, the thickness of the filter cake is uneven, it is easy to crack, and it is not easy to wash. Easy to handle materials with low sedimentation speed and easy filtering, not suitable for processing non-sticky materials. The application range is the same as that of rotary vacuum filter.
Turntable vacuum filter

Dump Vacuum Filter
