Drilling Machines

(3) Vibration rig.
(4) Compound drilling rigs: The drilling rigs with functions such as vibration, shock, rotation, and static pressure are combined in different combinations.

Function and characteristics

The manual drilling machine includes a manual transmission mechanism, an axial feed mechanism, a guide mechanism, and a gap adjustment mechanism. The manual transmission mechanism is composed of a spindle, a wrench connected to the upper end of the spindle, and a drill and a sleeve connected to the lower end of the spindle The drill consists of an axial feed mechanism consisting of a handwheel, a worm, a worm gear, a nut, and a screw rod. The guide mechanism consists of an upper end through a box cover and a nut. The adjusting nut connected to the main shaft is composed of two flat bearings provided on both sides of the upper end of the nut 6. The product has good sealing performance, stable work, low labor intensity, and can be used for one machine. It can be used as a device for installing branch pipes on pipelines carrying liquid or gas without stopping their transportation work under pressure.
