Good product, good way

DIN1480 hot dip galvanised turnbuckle

DIN1480 hot dip galvanised turnbuckle

End fittings are Quenched and Tempered or Normalized, bodies heat treated by normalizing.
• Hot Dip galvanized steel.
• TURNBUCKLES RECOMMENDED FOR STRAIGHT OR IN-LINE PULL ONLY.
• Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 1/4” through 5/8”, and pins and cotters on
3/4” through 2-3/4” sizes.
• Modified UNJ thread on end fittings for improved fatigue properties.
• Body has UNC threads.
• Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design
factor, proof load and temperature requirements. Importantly, these turnbuckles meet other
critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and material
traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26.
• Lock Nuts available for all sizes (see page 178).
• Comprehensive end fitting data provided on page 176.
• Fatigue Rated.

Open Body Turnbuckle

Open body turnbuckles are made from grade 304 stainless steel and grade 316 stainless steel, ss316 is better than ss304 in corrosion resistance and rust prevention, if their application areas are very bad like marine and biogas…, we recommend you choose grade 316 stainless steel, If not, SS304 is good enough. Open body turnbuckles are available in size from 3/16″ to 1/2″, their detailed dimensions and working load limits are below for your reference. They are produced by precision casting and stamping, after over 48 hours’ tumbling and electropolished, surface is smooth and shiny.  The ends of turnbuckles could be changed as your request, like hook and hook, eye and eye…

Application

Using range:  turnbuckle is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, machinery, railway, chemical industry, ports, mining, construction, automobile manufacturing, plastics machinery, industrial control, highway, bulk transportation, pipeline construction, tunnel, shaft protective slope, salvage, Marine engineering, airport construction, Bridges, aviation, spaceflight, venues and other important industries and infrastructure engineering machinery and equipment.
