Good product, good way

What is the difference between high strength shackle Bx and Bw type?

Bx type shackle

Rated load: T8 grade 2t ~ 175t; S6 grade 0.5t ~ 150t.

T8 grade is made of high-quality alloy structural steel; S6 grade is high-quality structural alloy steel.

The maximum proof load for a 2t to 175t shackle is twice the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times the rated working load.

2t ~ 80t T8 grade shackle has 40% ~ 100% higher load capacity than S6 grade shackle of the same size. The load capacity of 110t ~ 175t T8 grade shackle is 16% ~ 29% higher than S6 grade shackle of the same size.

2t-175t products meet the technical requirements and testing methods specified by ISO2415-2004.

T8 grade shackles with the same rated load have reduced size compared to S6 grade shackles, but they have no loss in rated load and function, and are mainly used in places where space is limited.

BW type shackle

Rated load: T8 class 2t-80t; S6 class 0.5t-55t.

T8 grade is high-quality alloy structural steel; S6 grade is structural alloy steel.

The maximum proof load is 2 times the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times the rated working load (6 times for the T8 level and 6 times for the S6 level).

2t-80t T8 grade shackles have 40% -100% higher load load capacity than S6 grade shackles of the same size.

The product meets the technical requirements and testing methods specified by ISO2415-2004.

T8 grade shackles with the same rated load have reduced size compared to S6 grade shackles, but they have no loss in rated load and function, and are mainly used in places with limited space.
