Vacuum tires are tubeless pneumatic tires, also known as “low pressure tires” and “pneumatic tires”. Vacuum tires have high elasticity and abrasion resistance, and have good adhesion and heat dissipation performance.
One: puncture resistance, the surface of the vacuum tire is a layer of high-quality rubber. After inflation, the external surface tension increases, and a certain pressure is formed on the internal surface, which improves the self-sealing ability of the breach. All the leaks are completed in an instant, and it will last for a certain period of time, ensuring safety when driving at high speed.
Second: super wear-resistant, vacuum tire rims have a larger diameter than ordinary rims, and will not be affected by the heat of the brake drum during driving. Because there is no inner tube and lining belt, the tire is integrated with the wheel rim. When the vehicle is driving at high speed, the high temperature generated by the friction between the tire and the road surface will directly dissipate heat through the steel ring inside the hot air to quickly reduce the tire temperature, thereby extending the tire Life.
Third: Low fuel consumption and zero crown angle of the tire, so strong adhesion. It can maintain better driving stability and less friction, which is conducive to shock absorption and increase vehicle speed. The belt layer has high positioning, small radial runout and low resistance. This saves 3% of fuel.
