Good product, good way

Tubeless Tires

Tubeless tires are commonly known as atomic tires or vacuum tires. This tire uses the inner wall of the tire and the inner layer of the bead to ensure good air tightness between the tire and the rim. The outer tube also serves as the inner tube.

Definition

Tubeless tires, commonly known as atomic tires or vacuum tires, this type of tire has no inner tube and cushion, and uses the inner wall of the tire and the bead to ensure good air tightness between the tire and the rim. The role of inner tubes. Has been widely adopted.

Features

(1) 0 steel belt technology improves tire’s safety and stability in a high speed

(2) Using polyester cord and radial structure, the tire is safe and comfortable.

(3) Dual compound technology(UHP and HP series) improves tire’s wear resistance and speed when going straight and increases grip when turning.

(4) Applying hexagonal bead wire with winding technology, super elastic steel wires improve tire bead’s compactibility.

Function and role

advantage
Good safety: When a tire with a tube is running, due to the friction between the tube and the tube, a large amount of heat will be generated, and insufficient heat dissipation will cause a flat tire. Tubeless tires have no inner tube, so there is no friction between the inner tube and the outer tube, and heat can be directly dissipated through the rim. The heat dissipation performance is good, which can greatly reduce the chance of puncture.

In addition, tubed tires leak quickly after being punctured, while tubeless tires leak slowly after being punctured because of a layer of airtightness made of a special butyl rubber mixture. In addition, a 2 to 3 mm thick rubber seal layer is used to seal the outside of the bead of the tubeless tire, which greatly improves the safety.

Economical: Tubeless tires have no inner tube, reasonable structure, light weight tires, and low rolling resistance. Tests show that the rolling resistance of tubeless tires is reduced by 10%, which can save fuel by 2% to 3%. Tubeless tires have a more uniform ground contact pressure and uniform tire wear, which extends the life of the tires.

Environmental protection is good: tubeless tires have a large ground contact area and uniform pressure, which can reduce the damage of tires to the ground; small rolling resistance, which can reduce vehicle exhaust emissions. Tubeless tires do not require tubes and pads, which reduces the consumption of production and transportation resources. Tubeless tires have a long service life, which reduces the environmental pollution caused by a large number of discarded and disposed tires.

Disadvantage
Difficult repairs on the way. In addition, the self-adhesive layer can only make perforations when the perforation size is in a small range, and the larger size makes it difficult to adhere; when the outside temperature is too high, the self-adhesive layer may soften and flow, thereby destroying the tire balance.

Structure

In order to ensure the tightness of tubeless tires, unlike tubed tires, a rubber seal layer of about 2-3 mm is added to the inner wall of tubeless tires. A self-adhesive layer is pasted under the sealing layer directly under the tread to make multiple concentric annular grooves on the pierced hole by itself. The effect is to make the grooves under the air pressure in the tire. The rim is tightly adhered to the rim edge to ensure air tightness between the tire and the rim. In addition, the valve mouth is directly fixed on the rim with a rubber gasket, and the rivets of the rivets and spokes are coated with a layer of rubber from the inside.
