Tractor diesel filter refer to engine parts that filter impurities or gases through filter paper. The role of the diesel filter is to filter out harmful impurities and moisture in the fuel system, protect the normal operation of the engine, reduce wear, avoid clogging, and improve engine life.
Cleaning the diesel filter When cleaning, clear the vent holes on the fuel tank cap. Remove impurities from the filler screen. After cleaning, replace the filter. Tighten the fuel tank cap. Remove the primary diesel filter and filter element, and check for damage or degumming of the end cap. The filter element is not damaged. The primary filter element can be cleaned with clean diesel or kerosene. Then, install in reverse order. Remove the secondary diesel filter. Open the fine filter, remove the filter element, and inspect the filter element for damage. If damaged, the filter element should be replaced. No damage, clean the surface of the filter element with clean kerosene or diesel and soft brush. When installing, pay attention to the correct position of the seal. Prevent diesel from entering the fuel injection pump without filtering, exacerbating the wear of precision parts.
Change the oil The method of changing the oil has been introduced in the maintenance section after running-in. Also pay attention to check the oil consumption frequently. When inspecting, observe the dipstick, and the oil level of the engine oil should not decrease significantly. If the oil is consumed too much, go to a service station to check the engine.
Check that the crankcase ventilation pipe is open. Remove the end cover. Remove the ventilation. Check if the inside of the ventilation unit is blocked or filled with sludge. Dredge the holes.
Check that the spring valve of the crankcase ventilation check valve should fit on the bottom plate. Otherwise, the crankshaft ventilation should be replaced. Install the end caps in reverse order
