Classification

The main structure of a common large tire changer is mainly composed of a power unit, an oil cylinder, a support arm, a claw, a pick-off head, and an operating table. There are three cylinders in the structure to complete the movement through the hydraulic system. One is to support the pawl to open and retract the cylinder to clamp and loosen the tire. The other is to support the support arm to rotate the cylinder to lift and lower the tire. Support the head part to move the cylinder back and forth to complete the tire installation and removal.
