Insulation Rubber Sheet

Material

Insulating rubber sheet is a sheet-shaped product with a certain thickness and a large area, which is made of rubber as the main material (which can contain reinforcing materials such as fabrics and metal sheets) and vulcanized.

1. Excellent insulation properties, large volume resistivity and electric breakdown resistant.

Detection

The inspection of insulation rubber sheet

1. Tensile strength and elongation at break:

1) Tensile strength (Mpa) ≥ 5.0

2) Elongation at break ≥250%

2. Fixed extension (150%) permanent deformation ≤ 25%

3. Hot air aging (70 ° C * 72h): tensile strength reduction rate ≤ 30%

4. Water absorption ≤1.5%

5. Electrical insulation performance test:

1) Withstand voltage test: 25KV (effective value), for 1min, there should be no breakdown [2]

2) Breakdown voltage test ≥35KV (effective value)

Storage

Storage of inspection of insulation rubber sheet:
Store in a dry and ventilated environment, keep away from heat, and keep a distance of 20cm from ground and wall.  Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis and oils. Do not open the air to avoid direct sunlight.
