Fuel System

Fuel system is generally composed of fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injection nozzle, etc. Its role is to ensure the fuel flow required by the engine under various working conditions and conditions.

The function of the fuel system is to supply a certain amount of clean, atomized gasoline to the engine according to the needs of the operating conditions of the engine, so as to mix with a certain amount of air to form a combustible mixture. At the same time, the fuel system also needs to store a considerable amount of gasoline to ensure that the car has a considerable driving range.

The fuel system also includes electronically controlled gasoline injection systems and fuel supply systems (gasoline tanks, gasoline filters, gasoline pumps, oil and gas separators, fuel pipes and fuel gauges).

The fuel system undertakes fuel filling and transportation. It ensures that the fuel reaches the engine smoothly and provides the engine with work. At the same time, it is responsible for collecting oil vapor and discharging it into the atmosphere through filtration. The absorption and desorption principle of the evaporation system is that the fuel in the fuel tank generates oil vapor due to changes in the ambient temperature. When the vapor pressure is greater than the system set pressure, the system’s two-way valve opens, and the oil vapor enters the canister and is adsorbed by activated carbon. When the internal pressure of the system is lower than the set pressure, the two-way valve is opened, and the outside air enters the system through the carbon canister for replenishment. When the engine is running, the ECU detects the condition that the canister cleaning valve is open, the canister cleaning valve is opened, and the fuel vapor is negative in the intake manifold. Under the effect of pressure, it enters the engine to participate in combustion.

The fuel system consists of filler caps, filler pipes, fuel tanks, fuel pumps, gasoline filters, canisters, canister cleaning valves, pipes and other components.
