Basic structure

The basic structure of a diesel engine is composed of components such as a cylinder, piston, cylinder head, intake valve, exhaust valve, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing and flywheel. The diesel engine of a diesel generator is generally a single-cylinder or multi-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine. I will only talk about the basic principle of a single-cylinder four-stroke diesel engine below. When the piston is about to reach its highest point, the fuel injector sprays the filtered fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of a mist, mixes it with high-temperature and high-pressure air, and immediately ignites and burns by itself. The formed high pressure pushes the piston to work downwards, and the crankshaft rotates to complete the operation. Work trip. In the cylinder, the clean air filtered by the air filter is fully mixed with the high-pressure atomized diesel injected by the fuel injection nozzle. When the piston is squeezed upward, the volume is reduced and the temperature is rapidly increased to reach the ignition point of the diesel. Diesel is ignited, the mixed gas burns violently, and the volume rapidly expands, pushing the piston down, which is called ‘work’. Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust acting on the piston passes through the connecting rod and becomes the force that pushes the crankshaft to rotate, thereby driving the crankshaft to rotate. By installing the brushless synchronous alternator coaxially with the crankshaft of the diesel generator, the rotor of the generator can be driven by the rotation of the diesel generator. Using the principle of “electromagnetic induction”, the generator will output the induced electromotive force through a closed load circuit. Can produce current.
