The air-cooled chiller uses the shell and tube evaporator to exchange heat with water. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load of the water, cools the water to produce cold water, and then brings the heat to the fin condenser through the role of the compressor. It is dissipated into the outside air by the cooling fan.

1. The air-cooled chiller does not need to be connected with a cooling water tower, which is suitable for environments with poor impurities. (Contaminants are easily mixed in the cold water tower, and the cooling water circulation circuit is blocked by dust, which reduces the cooling capacity).

Water-cooled
The water-cooled chiller uses a shell and tube evaporator to exchange heat with water. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load in the water, cools the water to produce cold water, and brings the heat to the shell and tube condenser through the role of the compressor. The refrigerant exchanges heat with water, so that the water absorbs the heat and dissipates the heat outside the cooling tower through the water pipe.

Screw type
The screw chiller is named as the screw chiller because of its key component. The compressor is a screw chiller. The unit is a gas refrigerant from the evaporator. After the compressor is adiabaticly compressed, it becomes a high temperature and high pressure state. The compressed gas refrigerant is cooled and condensed in the condenser under constant pressure. After the condensation, it changes to a liquid refrigerant, which is then expanded to a low pressure by a throttle valve and becomes a gas-liquid mixture. Among them, the liquid refrigerant at low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the material to be cooled in the evaporator, and becomes a gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline and starts a new cycle. These are the four processes of the refrigeration cycle and the main working principle of the screw chiller.
