Ceramic Fiber Wool Board

Ceramic fiber wool board is a lightweight, flexible refractory fiber insulation material made from a combination of high purity refractory oxide and organic binder. It has excellent strength and elasticity properties and is a multifunctional product.

Material

Ceramic fiber board is an aluminum silicate fiber board, a board made of refractory material. It maintains good mechanical strength even after heating. This product is a fiber insulation product that is more rigid and has support strength than fiber blankets and felts. The main raw materials are coke and alumina powder.
Blowing fiber (short fiber, thin, easy to break and mix) is used as the raw material of ceramic fiber board. A certain proportion of binder and filler-level additives are added. After being beaten by a beater, it is fully dispersed into a slurry in the mixing tank. Pump into the molding tank and stir with compressed air. Put the mold into the molding tank and use the principle of vacuum to make the fiber slurry adsorb on the mold. Precisely control the adsorption time, vacuum dewater the fiber wet material, release the mold, put it in a tray and send it to a drying furnace for drying for 10-24 hours. The dried fiberboard is precisely controlled in size by a special grinding machine and trimming machine.
