Good product, good way

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings can support both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity. The contact angle is the angle between the line connecting the contact points of the ball and the raceway in the radial plane and the vertical line of the bearing axis. High-precision and high-speed bearings usually adopt a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.

Classification

Angular contact ball bearings are: 7000C (∝ = 15 °), 7000AC (∝ = 25 °) and 7000B (∝ = 40 °). The lock of this kind of bearing is on the outer ring. Generally, the inner and outer rings cannot be separated, and can bear the combined load of radial and axial directions and the axial load of one direction. The ability to withstand axial loads is determined by the contact angle. The larger the contact angle, the higher the ability to withstand axial loads. This type of bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction.

The contact ball bearing has a higher limit speed and can support both radial and axial loads, as well as pure axial loads. Its axial load capacity is determined by the contact angle and increases with the increase of the contact angle.

Function and characteristics

1.General-purpose bearings
The universal matched bearings are specially processed. When the bearings are installed close to each other, any combination can achieve the established internal clearance or pre-tensioning and average load distribution without using gaskets or similar devices.
Paired bearings are used: when the load bearing capacity of a single bearing is insufficient (using the channeling configuration) or when the combined load or axial load in both directions is to be used (using the back-to-back or face-to-face configuration).

2. Basic design bearings (cannot be used for general matching), used for single bearing configuration
Single row angular contact ball bearings of basic design are mainly used in configurations where there is only one bearing at each position. Its width and protrusion are ordinary tolerances. Therefore, it is not suitable to install two single-row angular contact ball bearings next to each other.
