Good product, good way

43512-26190 ventilated brake disc

This ventilated brake disc is made of a variety of alloys for good heat dissipation and performance. The product adopts casting technology, which can effectively reduce the internal stress and avoid brake sway.

 Materials

HT250

Definition

The brake disc, in simple terms, is a round disc that also rotates as the car travels. The brake caliper clamps the brake disc to generate braking force. When the brake caliper is pressed, it clamps the brake disc to slow down or stop. Brake discs work well and are easier to maintain than drum brakes.

There are two types of ventilated discs, namely, scribing discs and perforated discs. The two methods of processing are to improve the cooling performance of the brake disc, reduce its thermal attenuation, and provide better braking capacity.

Features

1.Manufactured with multiple alloys for improved heat dissipation and performance.
2.Mill-balanced for proper rotor function; no extra weights are needed.
3.Quality validated for proper metallurgy and correct brake plate thickness.
4.Rounded radius for added strength.
5.OEM Quality,Full Range Catalogue,Most competitive price,Shortest Delivery Lead time.
6.Casting process: fully controlled timing management, less inner stress to avoid braking shaking problem.
7.Machining: brake surface precision machining that run out less than 0.03mm.
8.Balancing OEM standard less than 80g.cm for good dynamic balancing.
9.Surface coating: different kind of E- coating to avoid of rust on non-brake surface for longer using life.

Function and characteristics

Advantage

1. The disc brake has better heat dissipation performance than the drum brake, and it will not cause brake decay and brake failure when stepping on the brake continuously.
2. The size change of the brake disc after heating does not increase the stroke of the brake pedal.
3. The disc brake system responds quickly and can perform high-frequency braking actions, so it is more in line with the requirements of the ABS system.
4. The disc brake does not have the automatic braking effect of the drum brake, so the braking force of the left and right wheels is relatively average.
5. Because the brake disc has better drainage, it can reduce the situation of poor braking caused by water or sediment.
6. Compared with drum brakes, disc brakes have a simple structure and are easy to maintain.

Disadvantage
1. Because there is no automatic braking effect of the drum brake, the braking force of the disc brake is lower than that of the drum brake.
2. The friction area between the brake pads of the disc brake and the brake disc is smaller than that of the drum brake, so that the braking force is relatively small.
3. In order to improve the disadvantages of the above-mentioned disc brakes, a larger stepping force or oil pressure is required. Therefore, a larger diameter brake disc must be used, or the hydraulic pressure of the brake system must be increased to increase the braking force.
4. The hand brake device is not easy to install. Some models using disc brakes on the rear wheels have a hand brake mechanism for drum brakes.
5. The wear of the brake pads is large, which may cause a high replacement frequency.
