The full name of the central control lock is the central control door lock, which is a car accessory. It can be used to open and lock the door remotely without inserting the key key into the lock hole. .

Classification

There are many types of door lock controllers. According to their control principles, they can be roughly divided into three types: door lock controllers of transistor type, capacitance type and car belt induction type.
(1) Transistor type: There are two relays inside the transistor door lock controller, one tube locks the door and one tube opens the door. The relay is controlled by a transistor switch circuit, and the charging and discharging process of the capacitor is used to control a certain pulse current duration to enable the actuator to complete the door locking and opening operations.

(2) Capacitive: The door lock controller uses the capacitor charging and discharging characteristics. Usually, the capacitor is fully charged. When it is working, it is connected to the control circuit to discharge the capacitor. The relay is energized and pulled in for a short time. The relay’s current is interrupted and its contacts are opened, and the door lock system is no longer.

(3) Speed-sensitive type. It is equipped with a sensor switch with a speed of 10km / h. When the vehicle speed is greater than 10km / h, if the door is not locked, the driver does not need to do it, and the door lock controller automatically locks the door.

Function and characteristics

Central control
When the driver locks the door next to him, other doors are also locked at the same time. The driver can open each door at the same time through the door lock switch, or open a certain door individually.

speed control
When the driving speed reaches a certain speed, each door can be locked by itself to prevent the occupant from operating the door handle by mistake and causing the door to open.

Individual control
In addition to the door beside the driver, a separate spring lock switch is also provided on other doors, which can independently control the opening and locking of one door.
