How to maintenance the lever chain hoists?

Lever chain hoist is a type of manual hoist, which does not require electricity and is easy to use. Select qualified hand lever hoists and do the right maintenance is quite important, how should we do the maintenance?

1. After using the hoist, it should be cleaned and coated with rust-proof grease and stored in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
2. After the hoist is cleaned, inspected and overhauled, no-load and heavy-load tests should be performed to confirm normal operation before use.
3. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and sludge pollution is strictly prohibited.
4. Maintain the handle hoist at least 4 times a year, such as cleaning the parts with diesel and lubricating with calcium-based grease.
5. The old lifting chain cannot be mixed with the new chain, otherwise it is easy to generate impact in the transmission and pull the chain off.
