Deformation of chain hoist

It is simple, convenient and fast to use a hoist instead of humans to lift heavy objects, but its parts may be deformed during use;

  1. Deformation of the lifting chain. Its deformation is mainly caused by the daily overload of the user. The deformed chain should be replaced in time to avoid danger in future use.
  2. Deformation of the hook. The main reason for its deformation is misuse and overload use. Each type of chain hoist has its own rated bearing weight, and the hook also indicates how much the lifting force of the tool is. If the load is exceeded, the pulling force of the hook will be increased, causing the hook to deform. In addition, when the hoist is lifting a heavy object, the method of the binding process is incorrect, and it is easy to cause the hook to deform. So be careful not to exceed the load capacity and properly bind the heavy objects.
  3. Deformation of the cover. Its cover is generally stamped from high-quality low-carbon alloy steel with sufficient hardness, which will cause it to sink if not used properly. During the use of the chain hoist, due to improper operation, it will collide with other items, causing the shell to deform and dent. Moreover, the cover is deformed when it is severely squeezed. If squeezed, the chain hoist will sag inward, which will reduce the running space of the part. Be careful to avoid this situation.
