The quality of the permanent magnet lifter mainly depends on the following aspects:

  2. The quality of magnetic material: even use the same ferrite, the material is different, while the material is poor, the strength is poor, the magnetic force decays quickly, the service life is short.

  3. Unloading mechanism: A good unloading mechanism can ensure easy and reliable unloading and stable suction of objects. At the same time, it can also ensure high operating efficiency. Otherwise, a bad unloading mechanism will affect the suction force. Unloading is difficult and operating efficiency is low.
